Our Round Media Bottles are intended for storing and transporting general reagents and cell culture reagents.

Manufactured from durable polycarbonate material, the bottles are supplied without caps. The caps are available separately and are compatible with all three bottle sizes.

The media bottles are chemically compatible with weak acids, alcohols, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Note that they aren’t suitable for exposure to bases, solvents, or other aggressive laboratory chemicals that may cause immediate damage.

The round design minimises contamination with its smoother surface and minimal crevices, allowing for easier cleaning and maintenance. The design also improves fluid circulation and more efficient mixing, in contrast to square bottles where corners can hinder flow. Furthermore, the bottles’ structure ensures that pressure is distributed evenly, reducing stress points, and minimising the likelihood of cracks or leaks developing over time.
