Is this suitable for autoclaving petri dish's of Agar for disposal?
Do we have to use the the wire insert or can we put a bag of agar plates in the bottom on a tray to autoclave a batch in the bags provided?
Does this need to be plumbed or installed by a professional ?
Or is it fill up the tank in the top,plug in and go?
When it comes time to service do we have to use someone of your choosing?
Do we need to purchase anything else to go with this or is everything included?

Yes, it is suitable for autoclaving agar dishes, as long as you use liquid cycle.
We advise covering the wire tray with foil in case bag splits or falls over, then sit the bag on this.
No plumbing required. Fill with bottled distilled water in top reservoir.
For servicing, it will depend what state you are in. We may have a rep nearby.
You don't need to purchase anything additional, the unit is all good to go.
