The VALUE-LINE Ductless Fume Hoods, constructed from fire-retardant PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) material, ensure a safe working environment for laboratory staff handling various chemicals.
The structure of the fume cabinet includes 8mm welded PPS, which offers high chemical resistance. The hood also features a 5mm safety front glass window with a sliding front sash counterbalanced by a counterweight, and side windows to improve visibility.
The fume hood is equipped with a 7-inch colour touchscreen display, and an airflow alarm and display. A red chamber alert light signals critical alarms. Additional features include an environmentally friendly EC fan with 10 levels of speed adjustment, 800 lux LED lighting, and adjustable air velocity at 100±20 fpm (0.5 ± 0.1 m/s).
The fume hood offers back access for filter replacement and includes a 250mm exhaust point collar for connection to an external exhaust system. It is certified to meet CE standards.
