What molarity of HCl would these be safe to hold?

We use these for hydrchloric acid up to 5M and haven't had a problem yet.

Hello Jodye, these are a polyethylene product and as such have poor resistance to oxidising acids. I would not recommend using this product for Hydrochloric Acid.

Is this available in tall form (not squat)?

The 031902-0061 50ml bottles are 71.0mm high - we don't the option of a tall form in the 50ml. The 031902-0126 125ml bottles are 125.9mm high. Hope this helps.
