PRO-LINE 1200 Ductless Fume Hood & Carbon Filter Bundle

The PRO-LINE 1200 Ductless Fume Hood, constructed from fire-retardant PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) material, ensures a safe working environment for laboratory staff handling various chemicals.

This ductless fume hood features an air velocity display, alarm system, and a full Variable Air Volume (VAV) automatic speed adjustment, maintaining an airflow rate of 100±20 fpm (0.5±0.1 m/s). For enhanced safety, it is equipped with a chemical VOC sensor and alarm to detect elevated levels of volatile organic compounds in the filter.

The structure of the fume cabinet includes 8mm welded PPS, which offers high chemical resistance. The hood also features a 5mm safety front glass window with a sliding front sash counterbalanced by a counterweight, and side windows to improve visibility.

The fume hood is equipped with a 10.1-inch colour touchscreen display, a VAV system with airflow alarm and display, and a VOC sensor with an associated alarm. A red chamber alert light signals critical alarms. Additional features include a high-efficiency, quiet ECM fan, 800 lux LED lighting isolated from the work area, and adjustable air velocity at 100±20 fpm (0.5 ± 0.1 m/s).

The fume hood offers convenient front access for filter replacement and includes a 250mm exhaust point collar for connection to an external exhaust system. It is certified to meet EN-14175, ASHRAE 110-1995, and CE standards.
