The PRO-LINE 1200 Ductless Fume Hood provides reliable protection for lab personnel handling a range of chemicals, thanks to its fire-retardant PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) construction. This ductless design enhances safety by using a carbon filter that captures volatile compounds without needing external ducting.

Key features include a Variable Air Volume (VAV) system for precise airflow control, an air velocity display, and an alert system. The hood maintains a steady airflow rate of 100±20 fpm (0.5±0.1 m/s) to ensure consistent safety. Additionally, it includes a VOC sensor and alarm that detects elevated levels of volatile organic compounds in the filter, alerting users to potential hazards.

Engineered with 8mm thick PPS for high chemical resistance, the hood’s design includes a 5mm tempered safety glass window with a sliding sash and side windows for excellent visibility. The 10.1-inch color touchscreen interface simplifies monitoring and control of airflow settings, and the red chamber alert light notifies users of any critical alarms.

Other features include an ECM fan for quiet operation, 800 lux LED lighting isolated from the workspace, and front filter access for convenient maintenance. The hood is designed to meet EN-14175, ASHRAE 110-1995, and CE certification standards.
