Fast & Efficient Measurement

The PAL delivers fast performance, providing results in just 3 seconds. Simply place a drop of the sample on the prism surface and press the START key to quickly display the Brix value (sugar content or concentration). The instrument can also measure high-temperature samples, expanding its versatility.

Durable & Easy to Clean

With an IP65 protection class, the PAL can be rinsed with water to remove any sample residue from the sample stage. Its design allows for easy wiping off of the sample, ensuring a clean device after each use, ready for the next measurement.
