The NUL-224 NeuLog Flow Rate Logger Sensor is designed to facilitate the passage of a water stream through its inlet and outlet pipes, causing a rotation wheel within it to revolve. Not mechanically connected to any other component, the wheel floats on a bearing to minimise friction and enhance its precision.
Measurement is accomplished by monitoring changes in the sensor's surrounding magnetic field. Widely applicable in Environmental Science, Ecology, Earth Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and more, the sensor includes a probe directly attached to the sensor's body via a durable rubber-coated wire. Pre-calibrated at the factory, the NUL-224 NeuLog Flow Rate Logger Sensor supports experiment durations ranging from 1 second to 31 days, making it a versatile and accurate tool for a variety of scientific investigations.
