D340 Cartridge for Water Deioniser, Each

A D340 Purite Labwater I Replacement Cartridge for use with the Purite Labwater I System. The cartridge contains a specifically designed resin that changes colour through the absorption of contaminating ions.

This allows for easy identification of when each cartridge needs to be changed. When the colour changes from blue to brown it is then time to change the cartridge.

Typically these units are ideal where water usage is up to 10 litres per day. These units are capable of producing deionised water at 30 litres per hour but would become very quickly exhausted which is why they are recommended for low use applications. The units are typically wall mounted and are simply connected via a dedicated hose (supplied separately, 12mm fitting) to a tap or stopcock and operate direct from mains water pressure thus requiring no external electrical supply.
