Cell Culture Slides I, Clear, Sterile

SPL’s Cell Culture Slides I are specifically designed for various cell-based experiments, including virus studies, toxicity tests, and immunocytological experiments. 

Featuring a removable chamber, these slides allow cells to grow directly on the microscopic slide, making them convenient for staining and microscopic examination without needing cell transfer. The chambers are available in various well numbers making them adaptable for different experimental applications. 

These slides are designed with convenience and safety in mind. They offer easy microscopic observation and feature a clear chamber colour. The slides come with an easy open flip mechanism for chamber and slide disassembly without the use of chemical adhesives, reducing the risk of contamination.

To enhance safety, the slides are designed to prevent cross-contamination and include alphanumeric labelling for easy identification. Additionally, the packing trays are multifunctional and capable of being used as incubation racks in CO₂ incubators.

Surface Materials of Cell Culture Slides

The introduction of culture surfaces offers a greater diversity of research options:

• Glass: Naturally charged and provides an ideal growth surface for adherent cells.
• DLux: A surface-modified plastic with minimal autofluorescence, making it suitable for experiments requiring clarity in fluorescent imaging.
• FLux: A surface-modified plastic film that is 188μm thick, specifically optimised for confocal microscopy.
