Westlab and Australian Federal Government Supporting Front-line Workers

In March 2020, Westlab engaged with the Australian Federal Government for a five weeks delivery program where we developed the Australian made reusable face shields.

The Federal government chose our product as the reusable face shield of choice for the stockpile and to be deployed to areas of need, such as Victorian aged care facilities.

Westlab manufactured around 100,000 units weekly and completed a full truckload delivery twice per week to Federal stockpile. We have delivered 500,000 units of reusable face shields.

Westlab warehouses 2,500 product lines including medical and laboratory equipment and certified PPE equipment, either made locally or imported, making it one of the largest private sector sources for front-line workers.
