Product Overview

Ratek's micro-plate blocks are specifically designed for use with Ratek 2-place heaters (DBH2000D) or larger but are compatible with many other brands of dry block heaters. These blocks occupy two standard block positions, allowing flexible use in 3- and 4-place heaters alongside regular blocks. In the DBH4000D model, up to two micro-plate blocks can be accommodated.

Each block, measuring L150mm x W95mm x H50mm, is constructed from solid anodised aluminium to enable rapid heat transfer and fast block heat-up when paired with a Ratek heater. The design ensures excellent temperature uniformity across the block, and each is fitted with a thermometer reference hole for precise temperature monitoring.
