These water baths maintain precise temperature control from ambient +5°C to 99°C, with an accuracy of ±0.2°C and thermal uniformity within ±0.8°C. A corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304 sheath immersion heater heats the water directly, enabling rapid temperature adjustments. To maintain even thermal distribution, the perforated heater cover facilitates uniform water circulation throughout the bath.
Engineered for durability, the water baths feature an epoxy powder-coated metallic casing and a seamless, electro-polished stainless steel 304 bath. Each unit includes a corrosion-resistant stainless steel 304 flat lid and a perforated bottom plate.
Equipped with an advanced digital microprocessor PID temperature controller, these water baths offer precise control with a resolution of 0.1°C. They feature a backlit graphic LCD display providing a clear, user-friendly operation, while a UV-coated polycarbonate touch panel ensures durability. Additional features include a turn-on timer, turn-off delay timer, memory for frequently used settings, 3-zone PID control, and advanced calibration options.
Designed for ease of use, the seamless stainless steel 304 baths are simple to clean and include perforated bottom plates for efficient operation. The flat lids minimise heat loss and evaporation, ensuring consistent performance. Memory functions for temperature and timer settings enhance usability, while power and timer restoration features safeguard your workflow during outages.
The baths feature several safety features such as maximum temperature limit settings, dual over-temperature cutoffs by the controller and an independent thermostat, and high/low temperature cutoffs with audio-visual alarms. Additional protections include a PT sensor short or disconnection alarm and an over-current cutoff fuse.
