Test Tube Rack & Drain, Suitable for 8 x 25mm Tubes, Each

The Test Tube Rack With Drain is designed to hold and drain test tubes securely. It accommodates up to 8 test tubes with a diameter of 25mm and is made from high-temperature, mineral-filled polypropylene.

This material is resistant to most chemicals, unaffected by boiling water, and suitable for use in water baths. Additionally, the rack is designed to prevent floating in water.

Components

• Base: A plastic base equipped with test tube support pins.
• Frames: Two plastic frames to hold test tubes, specifically for 25mm tubes, depending on the model.

Assembly Procedure

1. Prepare the Base: Place the rectangular base on a firm surface with the pegs facing upwards.
2. Attach the First Frame: Position one plastic frame with its four legs pointing downwards. Align the legs with the holes in the base and press firmly until the legs ‘click’ into place.
3. Attach the Second Frame: Take the second frame and align its legs with the holes on the upper face of the first frame. Press firmly until it clicks fully into position.
4. Position the Test Tubes:
   • For upright storage or support, pass test tubes through the square holes in the frames.
   • For draining and drying, invert the test tubes and place them over the vertical pegs on the base.
