The neck of the flask has an outside diameter of 14mm, while the base diameter measures 38mm. The overall height of the flask is 127mm. Please note that these flasks are hand blown with the capacity in mind, and therefore, the overall dimensions may vary slightly.

Material & Construction

These flasks are made from Class A premium borosilicate 3.3 glass, known for its durability and resistance to thermal shock. The use of high-quality borosilicate ensures that the flasks provide accurate measurements and are built to last in demanding laboratory environments.

Stopper Details

The flask is equipped with a stopper of socket size 10/19, made of polyethylene. This stopper is acid-proof and autoclavable, offering both durability and resistance to chemical corrosion.

Note that the polyethylene stoppers cannot be autoclaved at high temperatures. Their temperature compatibility range is from -40°C to +80°C, so stoppers should be removed before autoclaving the glass flask body.
