Could you please confirm if these will withstand 95% ethanol, and the sign not wash off if accidentally exposed to this strength of ethanol.

These labels are made from gloss paper, which is not generally resistant to ethanol.

Can you please tell me what material these labels are printed on (paper, vinyl, ...). Are they going to be solvent proof (Ie print not run off the label)?

These are printed on Gloss Paper, which generally does not allow solvents to be absorbed.
