The SimplePure Nylon Syringe Filter is ideal for various applications including HPLC sample preparation, routine QC analysis, content uniformity, removal of protein precipitates, dissolution testing, food analysis, biofuel analysis, and environmental samples.
This syringe filter is designed with a nylon filter medium, a 25mm diameter, and a 0.45μm pore size, making it hydrophilic and suitable for filtration tasks. It features a transparent polypropylene housing for easy observation of the filtration process. Additionally, the ultrasonic welding and medical-grade virgin PP polypropylene material ensures the elimination of extractables, guaranteeing excellent testing results.
The filter has a filtration area of 4.08cm², a <100μl holdup volume, and a volume throughput of <100ml. It has a female Luer Lock inlet and a male Luer slip outlet for easy connections, with a maximum operating pressure of 87psi and a maximum operating temperature of 60℃. Each unit is marked with an identifying code to denote pore size and membrane material, providing convenience and ease of use.
