Does the extreme microscope still use a transformer or does it plug directly into the mains?

Hi David,
The Westlab Extreme Monocular Microscope includes a power cable for plugging directly into a 240V socket. This unit also has a rechargeable battery meaning it can be used without being plugged into power.
