Our Probe Sonicator offers efficient ultrasonic processing for a wide range of laboratory applications.
Touchscreen Operation & Programmability
This sonicator is equipped with a 7-inch colour LCD touchscreen display, offering intuitive access to temperature, power, and time settings.
The microprocessor-controlled interface is fully programmable and supports automatic fault alarms and user password protection for added safety and control.
High-Performance Ultrasonic Processing
It utilises ultrasonic cavitation for effective cell disruption, emulsification, homogenisation, dispersion, defoaming, cleaning, and chemical acceleration.
The output power is adjustable between 6.5W and 650W, with auto frequency tracking across 15kHz to 25kHz. The amplitude is adjustable from 0–100% to meet various application demands.
Precise Temperature & Time Control
With a temperature range of 0°C to 99°C and selectable timer functions, the sonicator ensures accurate and consistent processing. The temperature indicator and controller help maintain process parameters for reproducible results.
Sound-Proof Enclosure
The supplied sound-proof enclosure minimises cavitation noise and safely isolates the probe during use, making it suitable for continuous operation in shared or noise-sensitive environments.
