Design & Construction

This benchtop centrifuge is built with a solid, ergonomic structure featuring an octagonal chamber connection. The centrifugal chamber is made from high-quality stainless steel coated with a corrosion-resistant finish, while the outer shell is constructed from composite materials treated with baking paint for superior acid and alkali resistance.

The design incorporates automatic ventilation, suspended circuit boards, and three-stage buffered door hydraulic rods with dust covers, providing durability, moisture-proofing, and long-term reliability.

Rotor & Sample Handling

Optional precision-machined alloy horizontal rotor heads are available, offering high machining accuracy, strength, and long service life while resisting corrosion. Each rotor can accommodate multiple adapters, allowing efficient handling of different tube sizes.

The centrifuge also includes user-friendly observation tubes designed to prevent detachment and leakage, ensuring safety during operation.

Intelligent Control System

Equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touchscreen interface, the centrifuge simultaneously displays speed, centrifugal force, temperature, lid lifting speed, rotor specifications, door status, and real-time date and time.

Centrifugation can be preset according to speed or force, and the system records operation data in the background for real-time review. Dynamic curves of speed, force, and temperature are displayed on-screen, providing clear insights into centrifugation processes.

Refrigeration & Temperature Management

The centrifuge features an advanced micro-automatic constant temperature control system that ensures rapid cooling, reducing the temperature from 25°C to 4°C in under three minutes.

The refrigeration system automatically stops when the lid is opened and resumes operation when closed, with an optional independent temperature control switch. High-quality copper tubing with full tin welding improves cooling efficiency, and an automatic condensate drainage system maintains optimal operation.

User Customisation & Safety

Users can adjust screen brightness, button sounds, language selection (Chinese/English), timing modes, and automatic lid operation for a personalised experience. Safety features include door cover protection, overspeed and overtemperature alarms, imbalance detection, and automatic fault alerts.

A triangular motor fixation with a three-stage shock absorption system secures the motor during high-speed operation, ensuring smooth and safe performance.
