The NUL-260 NeuLog CO² Logger Sensor operates based on an electromechanical reaction between CO² gas and the sensor, resulting in a measurable voltage output in parts per million (ppm) of air.

It is crucial to calibrate the sensor before each use through a simple procedure: connect the sensor to a PC using a USB module or a battery module, let it warm up for approximately 15 minutes, and then press the button on the CO² logger sensor for 3 seconds. Preferably, this calibration should be conducted in an open space, and a bottle adapted to the sensor is provided.

Widely applicable in Chemistry, Physiology, Exercise Science, Biochemistry, Biology, Earth Science, Environmental Science, and more, the sensor includes a CO² probe attached to the sensor's body by a durable rubber-coated wire, as well as a glass bottle.

Pre-calibrated at the factory, the sensor offsets to the standard atmospheric CO² concentration of 380 ppm in the open air, assuming stable levels in the Earth's atmosphere at sea level. With an experiment duration ranging from 1 second to 31 days, this sensor is a valuable tool for various scientific investigations.
