Our Biosafety Cabinet Class II A2 provides advanced protection for laboratory staff, the environment and sensitive biological applications.

Manufactured from 8mm welded polypropylene, this cabinet offers exceptional resistance to acids and chemical agents, making it ideal for cleanroom environments. The interior worktop and spill tray are made from 304 stainless steel, providing a durable and easy-to-clean surface.

The front sash features 6mm triplex safety glass with an electric lift system, complemented by tempered glass side panels for enhanced visibility during use.

Airflow & Filtration

Designed as a Class II, Type A2 unit, the cabinet maintains a 70% recirculation and 30% exhaust airflow pattern to ensure maximum containment and protection.

It features dual ULPA U15 filters with a 99.9995% efficiency at 0.1μm, maintaining ISO 5/Class 100 cleanliness levels compliant with ISO 14644-1 and US Federal Standard 209E.

Monitoring & Control

The integrated IPMS (Integrated Particle Monitoring System) represents a world-first in real-time contamination detection, providing ISO 5 clean verification and alarm alerts.

A 10.1” colour touchscreen microprocessor control system allows intuitive operation, displaying time, date, temperature, humidity, and real-time filter status. The system supports multilingual settings and both metric and imperial units.

Lighting & Safety Systems

This cabinet includes energy-efficient LED illumination (1000 lux) and a germicidal waterproof UV light (254nm) with an automatic interlock for safety.

Alarms for inflow, downflow, sash position, and filter performance provide additional user protection, alongside a red-light critical chamber alarm and service reminder functions.

Ergonomics

Designed for operator comfort, the unit includes an adjustable stand, armrest, and ergonomic sash height. It produces less than 60 dB of noise and includes two universal sockets and two utility taps for convenience.
