These beard covers are made from soft, lightweight spunbonded polypropylene (SPP) and were originally intended to support indoor environmental hygiene. They provide general-purpose coverage for facial hair in clean areas.

Due to expired stock status, these beard covers are no longer recommended for clinical or regulated environments and should be used only in non-critical applications such as training, cleaning, or industrial settings.

Material & Design

Each cover is manufactured from 16gsm spunbonded polypropylene, offering breathable and lightweight coverage that promotes comfort during prolonged wear. The blue colour enhances visibility for compliance checks and easy identification in group or controlled environments. Designed to fit securely over facial hair, they provide an effective barrier without causing discomfort.

Suitability & Use

These non-sterile, disposable beard covers were intended to minimise the risk of contamination from facial hair in sensitive settings such as healthcare, laboratory, cleanroom, food service, industrial, and cleaning environments.

They are latex-free to reduce the risk of allergic reactions and are intended for single-use only. With expired stock status, they are suitable only for non-clinical or educational purposes.

Packaging & Dimensions

Each cover measures approximately 160 x 410mm and is supplied in blue. Packed in convenient polybags of 100 pieces, with a total of 1,000 beard covers per carton, they are easy to store and distribute in bulk.
