These mob caps are manufactured from spunbonded polypropylene (SPP) and sewn with an elastic trim to offer a comfortable and secure fit.

Designed for non-sterile use, they provide lightweight coverage for basic isolation and protection from particulates and bacteria in low-risk environments. Due to their expired status, these caps are not suitable for use in clinical, healthcare, or other regulated settings.

Material & Design

Each cap is made from 14gsm spunbonded polypropylene, offering a breathable and soft texture suitable for extended wear. The double elastic design improves grip and hold while maintaining comfort. The caps measure approximately 533.4mm in diameter and are designed to be worn comfortably over most head sizes.

Safety & Compliance

These caps originally featured a Class I flammability rating and were intended for basic protection in isolation and hygiene-focused settings. They are also latex-free and disposable for added safety and hygiene.

However, as this is expired stock, original compliance with standards is no longer guaranteed, and the product should only be used for non-critical purposes such as training or industrial cleaning.
