Our Erlenmeyer Flasks with a wide mouth design are manufactured from high-quality borosilicate glass 3.3 and available in sizes ranging from 25ml to 2000ml.

These flasks are individually sold and suited for applications that require easier pouring and access. Designed to meet the requirements of ISO 24450 and ASTM E-438 Type I standards, these flasks combine chemical durability with thermal resistance. Please note: the 25ml flask is non-DIN compliant.

Material & Construction

The wide-mouth Erlenmeyer flasks are made from borosilicate glass 3.3, known for their excellent resistance to heat and chemicals. A reinforced thick rim is included to reduce the risk of chipping during handling and cleaning, enhancing long-term durability and safe use in laboratory environments.

Quality Assurance

Each flask undergoes rigorous quality assurance procedures before dispatch. Glassware is annealed in five conveyor furnaces to remove internal stress and improve product longevity. Wall thickness is measured by trained testers to ensure compliance with safety standards, and every flask is subjected to two clarity inspections - first after manufacturing and again before packaging - to ensure optical precision and product consistency.

Printing & Compliance

All flasks are marked with durable white enamel printing to provide clear, easy-to-read volume indicators. The range complies with ISO 24450 and ASTM E-438 Type I standards, supporting compatibility with standardised laboratory processes and ensuring a reliable user experience across applications.
