Our PULSE Disposable Medical Face Shields are single-use, non-sterile protective wear designed to provide full-face coverage of the eyes, nose and mouth.

Intended Use

Measuring 330mm x 220mm, these clear shields provide an effective barrier against splashes, droplets and non-hazardous contaminants - supporting safer working conditions where hygiene and visibility are essential.

They are suitable for use across various environments, including healthcare, laboratories, education, industrial, food handling, cleaning, and first aid.

Materials & Design

The face visor is made from transparent polyethylene terephthalate (PET) with a double-sided anti-fog coating for clear visibility during extended wear.

A soft polyurethane foam forehead pad improves comfort, while a stretchable spandex elastic band allows a secure and adaptable fit.

All components, including the non-toxic hot melt adhesive, are latex-free and skin-friendly, supporting safe use for sensitive users.

Comfort, Fit & Visibility

Designed with a one-size-fits-all configuration, these medical face shields are lightweight and well-balanced fit for prolonged use.

The cushioned foam headband reduces pressure points, while the elastic retention band ensures suitability across different head sizes.

In addition, the anti-fog PET visor provides uninterrupted visibility in settings where clear sightlines are critical.

Protective Film for Visor

Each shield is supplied with a protective adhesive film on both sides of the visor, complete with side tabs for easy removal. This protects the transparent visor's surface from scratches and damage during storage and transport. Note that the films need to be removed before use.

Packaging

Supplied as 12 units per bag, 17 bags per carton - there are a total of 204 shields per carton. The cartons are palletised at 18 cartons per pallet.

Traceability & Shelf Life

LOT numbers, manufacture dates, and expiry dates are clearly marked on the inner bags and outer cartons. When stored as recommended, these shields have a three-year shelf life.

Compliance, Quality & Disposal

These PET shields are ARTG-listed and comply with recognised protective eyewear and face shield standards. They are non-sterile and intended for single use only. Dispose of after use per local and facility guidelines.
