Our Benchtop Ovens are manufactured in Australia with a stainless-steel chamber. To extend the unit’s longevity, the exteriors are epoxy powder-coated mild steel for minimal maintenance.
These ovens can be used in a wide range of industries for medical and dental instruments, laboratory glassware and metalware, geotechnical soil and mineral dehydration, and electrical and electronic components.
Fitted with advanced micro-digital control systems, these ovens provide consistent control stability over time. The PID controller’s auto-tuning feature ensures that each oven is always operating at optimal settings, regardless of the chamber size.
The controller includes a configurable alarm system, which can be set for either an absolute maximum or deviation alarm. In the unlikely event of a control system failure, an independent mechanical thermostat will trigger the alarm and deactivate the heating element, safeguarding the contents of the chamber.
The standard oven can be connected to a remote PC via an optional RS 485 interface, while the data-logging software enables temperatures to be recorded and displayed graphically on the PC. Several ovens can be connected on a simple two-wire link and remotely monitored from a single PC.
For full programmability, our engineers have developed a sophisticated setpoint programmable controller. With the ability to store up to 50 programmed temperature profiles and 500 segments, the ovens enable temperature profiles to be pre-programmed, tested and then downloaded to the controller via a remote PC.by the fan system, the air chutes in the chamber sides distribute the processed air evenly over every level.
Equipped with state-of-the-art micro-digital control systems, these incubators guarantee control stability over time. An auto-tuning facility in the PID controller ensures that the optimal settings are used on every incubator configuration, independent of the chamber capacity.
