4-IN-1 Storage Flexibility

Each cabinet can be configured for one class of hazardous chemicals at a time - flammable, oxidising, corrosive, or toxic. This means the cabinets cannot store multiple classes simultaneously to maintain compliant chemical storage.

When the stored chemical class changes, users can apply a new DG sticker to update the cabinet classification - removing the need to purchase a dedicated cabinet for each hazard type. A cost-effective, long-term solution for laboratories with changing storage needs.

With a liquid-tight high-capacity spill sump for controlled containment, each cabinet also has adjustable perforated shelving in 100mm increments. This layout allows users to store a broad mix of bottle and container sizes while maintaining efficient organisation.

Safety Features

The doors are fully self-closing, with double-door models designed to close in a smooth, sequential motion for reliable containment.

Built-in integrated flash arrestors and ventilation points ensure safe operation. Additionally, the stainless-steel continuous pin hinges provide long-lasting door reliability.

The adjustable feet enable stable positioning on uneven surfaces, and the smooth internal surfaces, including the sump, allow for easier cleaning. Additionally, the latch can remain open if required.
