Our 120ml Specimen Container is made from high-quality polypropylene (PP) and comes with a green screw cap. Each container is gamma sterilised to ensure safe and hygienic sample collection.

A separate label sheet is included, giving users the flexibility to label their containers as required or leave them unlabelled. Manufactured under strict quality control, all containers feature traceable lot numbers for reliable tracking.

Durability & Transport Reliability

Mechanical & Thermal Properties

The polypropylene material provides high breaking strength, rigidity, and resistance to tension cracks. Containers can be autoclaved up to 121°C without a significant reduction in mechanical performance, though users should assess any potential impact on specific application requirements.

Chemical Resistance & Compatibility

Polypropylene (PP) material exhibits excellent chemical resistance, remaining stable in aqueous solutions of inorganic salts, acids, and organic solvents up to 60°C. It is also resistant to alcohols, esters, and ketones, ensuring broad compatibility with routine laboratory chemicals.

The green screw-threaded cap is leak-proof, while the transparent walls allow for straightforward sample observation.
